Wesley had some ideas to improve his performance from last year's derby and they paid off. He made his car a bit more streamlined and, although we still had to tape on some weight at the last minute, at least their weren't screws and other junk strapped to the top. He came in 2nd in his first two races and FIRST in his last race! So much better than dead last. His crossed fingers and winning face say it all. (Plus Tate and Katie and Zayne's faces are too cute!)
He also got his Wolf badge tonight. Good job Wesley. But really we owe a huge thanks to Sister Mathis and Sister Graff, they were FANTASTIC leaders!
