We had so much fun on our first campout that we've already gone again. This time we went camping for the night at Tanners Flat up Little Cottonwood canyon. It was so beautiful!

After dinner the Anderson's came up to roast marshmallows with us. Then the kids decided to tell "scary" stories, they crack me up!
It had been such a beautiful day and evening I did not anticipate how cold it would really get that night. We slept in every piece of clothing we had with us... short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hats and gloves! Next time I'll bring a few more blankets. It was a pretty long night and every one was awake by 6:15 so Brad built a fire, we ate donuts, and took a walk around the campground and creek all before 8:30, but it was a lot of fun. We can't wait to do it again!
