Wesley's First School Field Trip!
It may have only been a short trip down the road to CAL Ranch (of all places), but he was so excited! Mostly he was looking forward to riding on the bus, he feels pretty ripped off that our neighborhood doesn't take a bus to school everyday.
After listening to a thousand facts about chicks, most of which went way over their little heads, they were able to see and pet the chicks. Truly the only thing we learned: Chickens have earlobes and their eggs are the same color as their earlobes. Is that even true?
After CAL Ranch we went to the park for a bit before heading home.

Wesley asked me if I could come on every field trip with him. How old do you think he'll be when he's begging me not to go?
