I had never been to the old Provo tabernacle before it burned a little over 5 years ago. But this new temple built in the shell of that tabernacle is stunning. It has all the beauty and character of a hundred year old building joined with the sacred spirit found in the House of the Lord. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to take my children through a few temple open houses (Oquirhh Mountain, Ogden, and Provo City Center) so they can get a glimpse of the joy and love felt in these special buildings.
