Easter Weekend

Friday night we took the kids to meet the Easter Bunny.  They were so excited, but Wesley is just too smart for his own good... when we walked away he asked "Is there a human in there?"  Funny boy.  I got another good chuckle when I told my mom that this morning and she said she was the Easter Bunny at a mall in High School!

Saturday morning was the Brinkerhoff's Annual Easter Egg Hunt and we always have so much fun.  Check out Jack's face when Michele told him there were more than 1,200 eggs out there!

Saturday afternoon was spent at Grandma's house helping plant the garden.  The kids raked, weeded and dug holes... for at least 20 minutes before they decided it was time to take a break on the swing set!  We can't wait to eat some of these yummy veggies.

The Easter Bunny leaves eggs around the house with clues to finding our Easter baskets, he's so tricky.  It's so fun to watch the kids run up and down the stairs to find the next egg.  This year he hid the eggs under each kids' bed.
After a some homemade donuts and bacon and a really great afternoon at church, we headed over to Grandpa and Grandma Curtis' for another Easter egg hunt and dinner.
And who can resist cracking a few confetti eggs over their sibling's heads? Not these kids.
We had such a busy and fun holiday weekend with these adorable little rascals.
