Last Saturday Lory and Chris invited the boys over to help "build the barn". Lory bought them little construction sets with real tools, not plastic hammers, but a real little hammer and gloves and measuring tape and safety goggles and tool belt, the works. They measured and marked and hammered away, loving every minute. Obviously Wesley and Jack weren't actually going to build anything, but we fooled them. These boys can't wait for their next project... garden boxes.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, these kids have
the. BEST. GRANDPARENTS. EVER.

I love the safety goggles!
That's awesome! The boys look like professionals! :) Can't wait to see the completed barn.
Such good little workers. I caught my boys stealing Jon's hammers the other day, to pound on the nails in our deck. It must be in their genes!
