Shanna's Garden

Shanna. aka. Domestic Goddess.

This is her garden and it is seriously fabulous.

Brad left for scout camp yesterday, so I took the kids over to Reed and Shanna's house for dinner and to pick a few fruits and veggies.  She picks from the garden every day and there was still plenty for us to choose from.

 Here's what we got...

 After picking the veggies the kids took a few minutes to talk to the chickens then we moved on to the fruit trees.

 Wesley couldn't wait long before munching on a fresh picked carrot (but it was washed first).

We had a lot of fun and came home with 24lbs. of zuchinni, yellow squash, tomatoes, carrots, apricots, and pears.  Thank you Shanna. We're already excited to pick the apples, grapes and corn!
